The Preserve at Pecan Creek is located in Corinth, Texas, approximately halfway between Lewisville and Denton, northwest of Lake Lewisville via the I-35 corridor. When fully developed, the community will feature 1200
single-family homes. Homeowner’s
Association membership is automatic upon the purchase of a lot or home within
the development.
The Preserve at Pecan Creek Homeowner’s Association, Inc. is a
Texas non-profit corporation. The association was
established for the maintenance of the common areas and to provide
architectural control and compliance with the covenants, conditions, and
restrictions of the Declaration.*

Amenities
Amenities at The Preserve include the Swim Center which features a junior-Olympic-sized pool, toddler pool and pool cabanas that will attract swimmers and sunbathers alike when the summer sun is beating down.
The Preserve also has
a lively Amenities Center featuring a Meeting Room
that residents can reserve for private parties and gatherings.
HOA members may use the facilities free of charge, however,
there is a refundable $100 deposit required with your reservation.
